The OKAN University was established in 1999 and is one of the most dynamic universities in Turkey with 8000 students. It offers 52 undergraduate programs, 27 graduate programs, and 5 doctoral studies, programs at 5 faculties, 2 graduate institutions, schools of applied science and health sciences.
The OKAN University offers numerous studies abroad and dual opportunities for its students in cooperation with universities in the United States, Great Britain, Russia, China and many others. The University is actively participating in Erasmus European Union program through exchange of students and teaching staff. The OKAN University is also a member of the ISEP, a Soviet network of students exchange with more than 300 universities in 50 countries.
